A Bit About Me

Since 2008 I have helped countless clients onto the property ladder, and guided them through re-mortgages, house moves, and their growing families.

My main focus these days in on the Pensions and Investment side of the business, the ever changing landscape of financial services and the economics of our country is a real challenge for working people, my role as a financial planner is take away the worry and stress of these changes, and ever changing circumstances in their own lives.

The best aspects of an being an Adviser is that it is wonderful blend of people skills, technical knowledge and problem solving. Every day is different, and I love meeting new people and helping them improve their financial situation. I also get to see how my clients’ lives have developed over the years, humbly observing that I had a part to play.

My Areas of Expertise

As a fully qualified financial planner who specialises in Long Term care I can help my clients from long term investments, planning their retirement, and any potential journey into paying for care, which, unfortunately is an ever-growing need in the UK, and is not a simple process, there are many areas to consider.  

Outside of Work

When I’m not working you can find me either at a Saturday morning ParkRun, lost on a golf course somewhere but more than likely I will be with my wife and two young children on a beach walk, on a bike ride, gardening or taking some air in the Southdowns National Park.

Every Wednesday I am also lucky enough to play the flute in a fantastic group of musicians called the Southdowns Concert Band. I say lucky, because it was here that I met a young clarinettist in 2011 who would eventually become my wife in 2014!

Like my father, Ron, I am a Magpie at heart, and enjoy all sports, as well as music, my wife and I share this passion and attend live sport on a regular basis, football and Cricket in the main. My youngest child’s first day trip out was an England test match, it was the first time in her opening year that she slept for more than 3 hours in a row!
